We introduction our self as a leading Pattern Manufacturer based at Ahmedabad. We have experience of 35 years in this Pattern Making Field. We can make Pattern by using seasonable Teak Wood and Various grade Aluminum. We are known for Big size Teak Wooden Patterns for all types of industries. We have all basic facilities to produce good finished and better strength's patterns as per your demand.\\We are mainly deals in Valve Bodies, Cement Mill Liner, Drums, Bowls, Pump casings, Pipes & Pipe Fittings, Gear Wheel, Bowel mantel, Jaw plate, Wire rope Drum, Brackets, Hub, Pedestal, Gear Box and other. We are also expert in Plastic Molding Machines Patterns and Rolling Mills patterns. We can make up to 4 X 4 meter round / square pattern as per your required heights. We are also making patterns with mach plates as per customer requirements. We have all facility to design pattern drawings on CAD and if you required we would produce that for final approval after confirming your P. O... We can work out your pattern design from your Final Machining Drawings with calculation of machining allowance and shrinkage. We are making patterns for various process like Machine Molding ( With and without match plates), Hand Molding process, No beck process, Split patterns in two / three / four partition as per customer requirements, Multi Core Patterns, Dies for Investment Casting and cell core dies also.\\We are making patterns through Horizontal & Vertical Lath with hand process, CNC processes as per job and customer preferences.\\We have staff of 10 persons in our own workshop and we are having machining type with another 4 units. We can machine patterns on VTL, Boring Machines up to 4 Meters as per your requirements, to give better quality of patterns. We are always welcome any kind of complicated Patterns, Dies, Cores in different type of method on base on your Perfect Drawings (Pattern Drawing or Machined Drawing).
