At the end of every project, we provide the customer with a Certificate of Completion document. If the insurance company is involved, we send this to document to notify them that the job has been completed to your satisfaction so that they can issue the payment. The insurance will send you a check, if your name or mortgage company is on the check, there are some extra steps involved in order to get us paid. If it just has your name, you will have to endorse the check to Carolinas Restoration. If you mortgage company is included, there will be a paperwork process we can help you with.
