Bombela Turnkey Contractor (TKC) are the Project Managers for the construction of the Gautrain Rapid Rail System currently under construction in Johannesburg South Africa.The Bombela Concessionaire is responsible for the overall construction and 15 year commissioning of the first Rapid Rail System called the Gautrain. The Gautrain, will, on completion be part of the South African Government's integrated transportation network revolutionasing the way people travel in Gauteng (Johannesburg South Africa). It will be the very first "subway system" linking Johannesburg, Pretoria and the OR Tambo International Airport.The Rapid Rail System will be on par with international subway systems. The Gautrain will consist of Electrostar trains which are compatibile to all international safety and design standards.
