Our strategic work guides organizations in development of diversity and inclusion objectives, strategic drivers, customized metrics, action plans, owners and much more. We utilize our proprietary technology application to assist with monitoring implementation effectiveness, generating scorecards and reports from the application. Our technology also generates a D&I Performance Index™ that tells an organization how well they are performing on the D&I strategy they developed. Several of our clients are using the D&I Performance Index™ as the basis for linking Diversity & Inclusion results to executive compensation. In addition to Diversity & Inclusion strategy, we led the development of a cloud-based application, ERG Insight™, to capture the initiatives, metrics, action plans, budgets, events, membership and much more of employee/business resource groups globally. The application also generates scorecards, reports and charts that highlight the impact that employee resource groups are having on the organization.
