Continuum Health Solutions (CHS) is a consulting firm established by Laurel Stoimenoff and Tracy Patterson with a focus on site selection, de novo development, due diligence, acquisitions, financial modeling, policy/ procedure development, compliance, EMR decisions, metric management, operations, marketing and market growth in ambulatory healthcare. The principals of CHS have held leadership positions in the areas of urgent care medicine and have large hospital system and smaller entrepreneurial clients in that sector. Additionally, Laurel Stoimenoff supports professionals in the outpatient physical therapy industry, focused on health, wellness, and occupational medicine. Laurel is currently serving the urgent care industry as the VP of the Board of Directors of the Urgent Care Association of America. She also serves on the editorial Board of the Journal of Urgent Care Medicine.
