All she did to advertise it was put a hand-written sign in the window - and it grew by reputation. 2 years on she sold the original business and set up A&R Cleaning Services in 2010 with her husband Ashley. They've expanded the business from employing over 40 members of staff and aiming to double its size by expanding the number of contracts it services while maintaining the same high standards to employing over 300 members of staff and servicing over 250 clients - and growing.
