LCM (Leaders for Construction Management) sister company of LCM-USA established in Jordan on 2017 by competent founders having more than 35 years of experience in construction field in Jordan with the aim of combining local expertise with international standards for construction projects.LCM aims to provide outstanding services for construction projects in middle east area to develop a modern project management concept.We seek to provide professional Techniques and technical services necessary for project management for construction projects, starting from the initial stages of the project through design supervision, followed by control services during execution of Works including triple constraints management (Time, Cost & Quality) in addition to Contract management for the Contractors, estimating quantities, and Ending with the stage of contractual handing over and project closure and preparing the necessary Extension of time & claims if needed. In case of reaching to Arbitration, we also prepare all arbitration documents by arbitrators accredited by the Jordanian Arbitrators Association.Moreover, we provide professional training services in project management topics based on best international practices in this field.
