PPC recruitment Pty Ltd SA is a dynamic 100% female black owned management consulting company that provides innovative and strategic recruitment and management consulting services to the public and private sectors in South Africa, West Africa and the East African Region. 2 BACKGROUND Puleng Pulane Consultants was established in 2012 as an organisation geared to provide general recruitment services through executive search of permanent, temporary and contractors. In 2013 the company experienced growth and formed strategic partnership with other well established consulting companies to provide an improved and innovative portfolio of services to clients. The company has since expanded its range of services to include management consulting services. These services include, among others, strategic planning, organisation transformation and restructuring, organisation development, business process re-engineering, and strategic human capital interventions. As part of our continuous internal capacity building, we have forged strong ties with leading and reputable consulting firms (Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya) enabling us to enjoy significant access to human and technological resources.
