I've completed training in Functional Kinesiology, Neuro Muscular Testing, Functional Neurology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, ScarWork (and trauma/MSK scars), and TMJ Therapy. I've undergone specialist training in emotional coaching, concussion rehabilitation, and using movement for rehabilitation. All supported by a BSc (Hons) Sport Science & Psychology and foundation training as a Counsellor. I work both online and in person – I have a home based clinic on Hayling Island, Hampshire.
