PERMANENTLY CLOSED - The Hogtown Cure, situated in Toronto's trendy Dundas West neighbourhood and the heart of Brockton Village was a farm to table local eatery that celebrated the best of Canadian cuisine. Our speciality was whole hog charcuterie (cured and smoked meats) and every week we butchered naturally raised, hormone and antibiotic free hogs and turned them into everything from bacon to ham, to our highly acclaimed pulled pork. "The best pulled pork sandwich in a city full of them" according to Toronto Life Magazine.Various accolades include: Toronto Life top 25 sandwich list for 2013, 2014 and 2016, featured on Food Network's 'You Gotta Eat Here', nominated for Now Magazine's readers choice awards 'BestCharcuterie' 2016 to name just a few.Toronto is called Hogtown for a good reason; and that's because of centuries old traditions of farm to table eating and a deep connection between rural farmers and urban processors. We're proud to carry on that tradition and share the rich bounty of our province everyday.https://www.facebook.com/HogtownCURE/
