Qi The Inner Gym brings together a purposeful community of expert healing artists practicing a wide variety of integrative modalities to create a dynamic new model of integrative health care in Boston. Qi also offers a wide variety of daily classes in two spacious and sunny studios overlooking Boylston Street, including many forms of yoga, tai chi, qigong, group workshops, crystal bowls, power naps and more. As a business, Qi's overriding philosophy is one of collaboration and mutual benefit rather than competition.
