An engineering graduate with distinction from Govt Engineering College, Jabalpur (Oldest engineering institute of Central India) in Civil Engineering. Worked for Govt of India enterprise for 23 years in different roles/functions like project management, Contract Management, World Bank Projects, HOD (Civil Engineering), Planning, Budgeting, Vigilance management, Faculty to HRD to train and develop officials on various management functions. Took voluntary retirement in 2005 and then worked as Chief Mentor of Franchise of Life Insurance Company and developed India's best performing team for 4 years in a row with many Life Advisers qualifying for national & international events in the team (highest qualifiers in a single team in India) giving extra ordinary productivity in terms of sales. Attended several national & international conferences in financial service sectors. Having engineering background & analytical ability, developed knowledge and skill on technical analysis /price action analysis of financial markets by reading several books authored by prominent traders/analysts across world. Also attended technical analysis program conducted by Bombay Stock Exchange (India). Slowly sense developed to understanding market psychology just looking at price actions without even use of any indicators/oscillators, accuracy of technical analysis jumped manifolds. Launched YouTube educational channel in Dec 2018 on technical analysis and channel saw a good response from viewers/beginners/traders in short time and thus became an interactive platform for learning /cross learning with my passion to coach/teach in English & Hindi which I had earlier done in HRD of Govt of India enterprise on contract management, manuals, preventive vigilance etc.
