Historically, the Company was first established as a Sub holding company PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk was inaugurated on July 13, 2021 which was assigned to run, control, manage business activities in the fields of Industrial Property, Commercial, Residential (PT Krakatau Sarana Properti) and Infrastructure related to energy (PT Krakatau Daya Listrik), ports (PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera) & industrial clean water (PT Krakatau Tirta Industri) owned by Krakatau Steel, the Company continues to run its business professionally by implementing sound corporate business practices that always put forward the principles of the principles of Good Corporate Governance in every aspect of business and daily operations in order to be able to provide sustainable added value for the Company's Stakeholders.
