Our scientifically proven process is based on the R3 philosophy, to REBUILD, RECOVER, and REVERSE. Each step of the process is completed in its respective room and you will be done with your workout within 1 hour.What happens in the 3 R rooms?1. Rebuild Room - This part of your work out is focus on weight training to increasing strength, flexibility, and mobility.2. Recover Room - In the recover room you will recover from what has been built as well as gain greater mobility.3. Reverse Room - The reverse room is the culmination of your workout and where the Anti-Aging Therapy occurs. This state of the art therapy is comprised of 4 elements: Vibration Plates, Rebounders, Red and Yellow Light Therapy and Heartmath Technology. Our goal is to get the most exercise induced health gains in the shortest amount of time by accomplishing 3 goals simultaneously: increasing HGH (Human Growth Hormone), rebuilding bone density (and in-turn increasing muscle & strength), and increasing overall flexibility and mobility.
