Nimmo United Methodist Church values mentorship, discipleship, and missions creating unity within our community to grow others in Christ. Nimmo UMC has been serving the community of Virginia Beach and the surrounding area since 1791. We have three worship services Sunday's at 8:30am, 9:45am& 11:00am. There is Tuesday Night Discipleship every Tuesday evening starting at 6:00pm - see our website for current small groups. We have a community garden that gives tons of food away to food pantries every year, and is open to families/individuals who want to have a place for their garden. There is an active Youth group that meets for Sunday School at 9:45am, Catalyst (Youth Group) Sundays 5:00pm-7:00pm. Our average worship attendance is 216 with a membership of 550 peoples.
