Today Protekta Safety Gear offers a diverse and comprehensive range of Personal Protective Equip- ment (PPE), Apparel and Safety Solutions for almost every workplace.With a growing team of over 30 staff who are passionate and experienced about Protecting people at work, our focus is firmly set on providing the best quality products and highest service levels to each of our valued customers located through- out Southern Africa.This service committment is achieved through strong relationships developed over many years with industry leading suppliers, our diverse product offering which includes local and international brands and our capacity to manage and fulfill orders of any size with excellent turnaround times.We are constantly working to grow our knowledgebase and expertise through staff training and product development and to provide the latest in product technologywhere applicable. Protekta is currently a level 2 BEE Company, and we are currently expanding our socio-economic development initiatives and Enterprise development SANS support structures.Through our Work at Heights division we specialise in height safety in the following sectors: mining, wind energy turbines, oil rigs, construction and industrial use. Our service offering includes but is not limited to developing fall protection and rescue plans, supplying and installing equipment, height safety training, inspection on height safety gear as well as service and repairs on all working at height equipment.Protekta is a member of both SAPEMA and IWH.
