Our product line includes environmentally friendly remedial treatments, designed to protect wood from degradation caused by biological agents such as decay, insects and other wood destroyers. However, even with the best of maintenance practices and preventative measures, wood products will eventually deteriorate to the point they no longer provide safe and reliable service. When the structural integrity of a pole is in question, customers can rely on EDM International's D-Calc software. This software with properly trained personnel can be used to determine the theoretical remaining strength of a pole. If the structures is found to have degraded to a point of requiring replacement or rehabilitation, PoleCare has restoration solutions for wood structures that can bring the structure back to 100% capacity without having to replace the entire structure, or take an outage for repairs. PoleCare® provides time-proven structural restoration systems designed to extend the service life of structural wood timbers, including poles, piles and dimensional products.
