THROUGH OUR APPROACHOur focus is on relationship. We recognize that hurt almost always happens in the context of relationship. Therefore, the process of healing must also happen within the context of relationship. We work to meet our clients where they are and engage in the process as directed by the wants and needs of our clients. We believe that having a voice is both a basic human right as well as a human need, and we work to champion everyone's use of their voice. Throughout this process, we purpose to deliver the most relevant services we can by working to understand the world through the lens of the clients that we serve.WITH OUR THERAPISTSOur therapists represent the diversity of the clients and families that we serve. We are highly selective and believe that therapy is an art, cultivated out of the ability to engage in authentic relationship with one another, with our clients, and with our community. Our therapists also offer a variety of specialized training and areas of expertise, including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT); Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and services designed to support children with Attention Deficit Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Adjustment Disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorders.IN OUR COMMUNITYWe love this community, and we are honored to be a part of facilitating the process of healing in the lives of individuals as well as the community as a whole.
