Creative Adventures Consulting is a small consulting firm dedicated to building our client's learning capabilities, and supporting the learning endeavors and transformational journey of individuals, teams, organizations, and communities.The Dissertation Consulting division supports graduate students in completing their thesis or dissertation by providing a unique profile of coaching and consulting services tailored to the developmental needs of each person based on an assessment of their knowledge and skills in key competency domains. Our focus tends to be wholistic, and is particularly well-suited to those professionals or academics oriented towards a scholar-practitioner perspective who serve as advocates for evidence-based practice and research that addresses real-world situations.The Organizational Consulting division provides a variety of training, coaching, and consulting in the areas of organizational change and development, quality improvement, team-building, leadership development, and strategic planning aimed at helping organizations develop into "learning organizations." In addition, we work with IT professionals in the areas of project management, process consultation, and socio-technical design for the purpose if increasing the success rates of projects in meeting--and exceeding--their clients needs and goals. We also serve educational organizations in program / curriculum / instructional design, faculty / staff development, and educational assessment.
