As a result, 10-fold less sequencing reads are required to sequence all NAs in a sample. Level-Up enables 90% savings in sequencing costs, reduces the data storage and analysis burden, and enables the detection of low abundance biomarkers that might otherwise be missed. Level-Up is a non-targeted approach and is sequence platform agnostic.TAMA is bioinformatics system focused on long read RNA sequencing analysis.
