The Alliance for the Treatment of Intractable Pain is an advocacy and action organization. We are working to ensure compassionate care to those with chronic pain, intractable pain, cancer pain, and at the end of life. Recent attitudes and legislation to solve the opioid epidemic have left vulnerable parts of the patient community without adequate pain care. We are advocating for those individuals and to ensure future patients do not have to live and die in excruciating pain.We are a non-profit organization that does not accept any funding from pharmaceutical, medical, or addiction groups.
