Franklin County Kentucky Constable Office consists of Six Constables.I as Zachary Schul was elected as Constable for the 3rd District in Franklin County Kentucky. I will go up and beyond to help anyone I can in my county. I am born and raised here in Kentucky and love it here in Frankfort.I want to get our entire community involved. If we can not come together then we can not stand united, we wil fall! I will do everything I can to unite our community and stand together proudly.In order to make this possible I need you, the people of our great community to help out. Don't just sit back and watch a crime being commited, call law enforcement right away. If you see something that needs to be done in our community, call me and let me know. I'm here for you. Anything I can do, I will.The purpose of the Kentucky Constable is to uphold the law fairly and firmly: to prevent crime, to pursue and bring to justice those who break the law; to keep the peace; to protect, help and reassure the community: and to be seen to do all this with integrity, common sense and sound judgment.We must be compassionate, courteous and patient, acting without fear or favor or prejudice to the rights of others. We need to be professional, calm and restrained in the face of violence and apply only that force which is necessary to accomplish our lawful duty.We must strive to reduce the fears of the public and, so far as we can, to reflect their priorities in the action we take.
