Meet the Business Owner Business Owner Our owners, Butch Oustalet and Larry Clark, are not only involved heavily with our dealership, but also with community events and fund-raisers. Butch was selected King of the Gulf Coast Carnival Association's Mardi Gras Ball in 2011. Both Butch and Larry have been selected "Time Magazine's Dealer of the Year" and served as Chairman of the MS Automobile Dealer Association. Between the two of them, they have served as officers or directors of at least 18 different non-profit organizations.
