Moore's father.The company began when Harold founded Susquehanna Refrigeration Service in 1959. Randall became associated with the company when he was only 12-years-old learning the trade and accompanying his father on service calls. Upon his father's retirement in 1981, Randall changed the name to Thermotech, Inc. with business partner Meade H. Hahn II. Today, Randall K. Moore is the single owner of Thermotech, Inc. upon Meade's retirement in 2005.
