In 2004, Rollo Mio Artisan Bakery was founded with the purpose of producing a fine collection of fresh, healthy and unique artisan bread products that meets our customers' every day needs with originality and dependability. We take great pride in using only the finest natural ingredients to assure that our products are healthy and nutritious. At Rollo Mio Artisan Bakery we also strive to build long-lasting partnerships and co-operations with our customers that go beyond a traditional supplier-customer relationship.Over the past several years, Rollo Mio has grown from being a small family-owned company into a larger more sophisticated operation with the capability of addressing all of our customer needs. We now offer well over 500 different products, a dedicated sales representative for each one of our customers, and office staff ready to assist our customers 7 days per week and above all: we care about our customers' needs! At the same time, we have expanded our distribution area from covering the New York City market to areas such as Long Island, New Jersey, Westchester and Fairfield counties. Our client base has gradually diversified into many different areas: we now service hotels, restaurants, foodservice cafeterias, city and country clubs, schools, universities, sporting arenas and events as well as catering companies.
