The Oregon International Port of Coos Bay is the public port district for Oregon's Coos Bay area. Established in 1912, the port serves as a facilitator to the harbor's maritime industry and as an economic development and transportation advocacy organization.The port also owns and operates the Charleston Marina, the Charleston Marina RV Park and the Charleston Shipyard. These factors assure that inbound and outbound cargoes move efficiently through Coos Bay's marine terminals to both domestic and international markets.
