Terry will still do consulting work as an independent contractor if the job is interesting and in his area of expertise. We are just as "Creative" as we have ever been and truly enjoy the kind of work that challenges our expertise of identifying a process problem and then coming up with a cost effective, sometimes creative, solution. However, the cost of maintaining the corporation and the resulting paper work could no longer be justified. We currently have four grandchildren and are looking forward to a couple more.CMES, Inc. provided management and engineering consulting services to our clients. The majority owner of the Company is Betty H. Molloy. She served as CFO and Corporate Secretary handling the administrative work while Terry V. Molloy, PE provided a majority of the technical consulting services. CMES has also provided staff augmentation services as well as administrative and computer support services to clients having temporary needs. We have extensive business operations and financial analysis experience to help smaller businesses grow and develop business plans.
