I-Kota is a relationship based general contractor working within the commercial sector of construction. Speaking from our own experiences, when you have a break down on a piece of equipment in a field in an extremely rural area, you are frequently "up a creek without a paddle". There is not a mechanic, neighbor or passing car that you can wave down for help. You are faced with a problem and need to problem solve. We feel this mentality, engrained in an individual, ties together a "can do attitude" with a true engineer's mentality of problem solving, sprinkled in with deep roots of community. We feel these attributes create a culture of team work, problem solving, and highly competitive winners that are willing to push through a barrier to accomplish the task at hand.
