In 2001 Maurice established the design practice Hilights which has been involved in many prestigious projects in a variety of fields ranging from private residencies, commercial buildings, showrooms and villas to landscapes, public spaces, facade lighting, heritage buildings, religious establishments and aquatic environments. In all scenarios Hilights succeeded in placing a distinctive touch that outlined the specific approach to its designs and interpretations. The staff comprises accomplished architects, interior designers and engineers who all contribute to the artistry of Hilights, supported by three members in the management team. Hilights constantly invests in its personnel in the form of training programmes to keep track of the latest innovations and trends in the western world as well as of the research and knowledge base of the oriental world.
