In 1997, Syan Patrick Vasquez assumed control of the management of BM Reyes Construction, under the direct supervision of the company's principal, which brought about the merger of the two companies, resulting in a stronger, more exceptional team. By the year 2011, Syan Patrick Vasquez took full ownership of the company, and with his new partners from BCOVES Builders and Development Corporation.
