Greetham Retreat Holidays provides luxurious and stylish 4 star Gold award holiday cottages in the Lincolnshire Wolds near to Horncastle. With fabulous scenery, historic market towns and several seaside resorts with beautiful sandy beaches nearby, there really is something for everyone. We have 3 cosy cottages just for couples as well as two larger holiday cottages that can accommodate either 4 or 6 people each. If all five of our holiday cottages are rented together we can accommodate larger family groups of up to 16 people plus infants in cots.Greetham Retreat is nestled in its own private grounds extending to over 4 acres and is situated in the heart of rolling hills and valleys of the Lincolnshire Wolds an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).We enjoy a delightfully tranquil and stunning position which is home to abundant wildlife, plants and birds. Our grounds extend to over 4 acres and include areas of woodland, wildlife ponds, wild flower meadows and seating which takes advantage of the panoramic views.The area offers a great deal for the country lover; walking, cycling, sight seeing, aviation heritage museums, bird-watching, horse riding,or simply enjoying the peace and quiet, you will find this the perfect place to take a break.We are under 3 miles from the market town of Horncastle famous for its antique shops and heritage. The fantastic cathedral city of Lincoln and many east coast seaside resorts are all within easy travelling distances.
