MERIL services are designed to promote independent living and enhance the quality of life for persons with disabilities, persons who are aging, and persons who need skilled nursing and therapy services in the comfort of their home. MERIL empowers people to control and direct their lives and thus participate actively and independently in society. Our area includes these nine counties: Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Clinton, DeKalb, Gentry, Holt, Nodaway and Worth counties. MERIL was incorporated as a cross-disability Independent Living Center in February of 1994. Mission: Empowering people to live life fully.
