The acquisition of E3 Technical in September 2017 saw HaynesPro taking on all E3 Technical's direct and indirect business from Carweb Ltd, a subsidiary of Solera Holdings Inc. The E3 Technical business was rebranded to HaynesPro UK and delivers technical data solutions, Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM) look-up solutions and associated helpdesks for the UK market.
