OPI is committed to helping make that solution a reality.OPI provides financial assistance and counseling to students pursuing post-secondary education whether at a community college, technical school, or four-year institution. We take seriously our mission of connecting individuals willing to work hard to complete their educational goals with those who are gracious enough to provide financial assistance for those goals.Since 1954, OPI has been assisting students with loan and scholarship funds provided to us by generous individuals, organizations, and businesses. We are committed to ensuring that these donors' resources are put to good use for students in the Panhandle and South Plains regions of Texas.
