Assignments include valuations for estate and gift tax purposes, allocations of purchase price, ESOP planning, franchise rights, business damages, patent and royalty rights, and the valuation of asset and portfolio holdings.Commercial Real Estate Appraisals - Shenehon's appraiser will meet with you to determine the purpose and function of the appraisal. Once the scope of the project is outlined, we inspect the property with you, become familiar with the neighborhood, and develop a list of comparable land and/or building sales supported by market data. We generally apply all three approaches to value and reconcile the validity of each in the report.
