They include city, state, development companies, investment groups, individual landowners and nonprofit institutions.We are especially aware of the value and importance of providing individual attention to each project and to working within the constraints of time and budget. To ensure the greatest coordination and responsiveness, new projects are assigned to a team directed by the President of the firm. The Project Manager is then directly responsible for the project from feasibility planning through final approval. Construction services are also available.
