Inclusion Culture Inc. was created because we are passionate about helping organizations create, strengthen, and promote an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and respected.Inclusion Culture has a dynamic and empowering approach in facilitating training and discussions about Diversity and Inclusion. Our training creates more connections in the workplace. Connected humans = Inclusion Culture.Our team has a diverse background in the industry. Our experience spans from construction, medical, hospitality, IT, banking, and a combined 91 years of military service. Each one of our partners are Certified D & I facilitators, Diversity Coaches, Emotional Intelligence Instructors, and 4 Lenses Temperament facilitators. While we have similar certifications, we each bring our diverse experience to the team and to your organization.
