We have been in the property management business for over 15 years. We provide property management service in the Dayton/Cincinnati area. Our goal is to provide a barrier between the owners of the properties and the residents. We find and place the residents and take care of collecting the rent and handling the needed maintenance. This is a family business so we treat our owners well and expect the properties we manage to be rentable condition. We also work with investors who need a second opinion of prospective properties. We are always willing to talk about what we do and what we know about the rental business. If you need someone to find a resident for a vacant property, we will be happy to find you one and even do the credit screening for you.
