Our primary objective is to develop, execute and provide a national interactive certification product and program designed with interchangeable parts to educate, guide, assist and expose our end-users to the nationally-centered issue of implicit biases, which has a direct impact on discriminatory behavior in society and the workplace. We will tackle the complexities and issues associated with implicit bias, including diversity in the educational system, diversity in the legal system and courts, diversity in the workplace and diversity in society in general. We will examine racial, ethnic, religious, and gender bias and how to reach our ultimategoal as a society and a nation – Inclusion. We will provide the toolset for our users to adjust their automatic patterns of thinking while aiming towards eliminating discriminatory behaviors. Our focus is to educate, empower and engage our customers in an effort to move the needle in the right direction.
