The vision of TIMS is to help Toyota empower drivers with their driving data for a safer, more enjoyable life. Our objective is to sell and service innovative auto insurance products to Toyota and Lexus owners with a specific focus on telematics-enabled, usage based insurance (UBI). TIMS is part of Toyota's global transformation from an automotive company to a mobility company, enabling a safer driving experience through data and connectivity. During our initial start-up, new hires are selected by the TIMS team, onboarded as AIS employees and seconded to work at TIMS.
