Established in 1995 and incorporated in 2012. David Jenkins Design Ltd works throughout East and West Sussex, Surrey and Kent offering a professional and friendly service to private, community and commercial clients needing assistance with buildings and land. We have particular skills working with historic and existing buildings. This includes adaptation and conversion into other uses. Our knowledge of planning means we often carry out applications for new design and alterations in Conservation Areas, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and work on listed building. We have had many successful results and recognition through the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards over the years for Barn Conversion and extensions to listed buildings in the countryside. While primarily working with private clients on both new and old residential buildings and we relish challenges and have worked on new and existing new doctors surgeries. We have converted farm buildings into business and retail use. Our work on Village Halls and Community buildings has included The Martindale Centre and Elan Nursery in Haywards Heath.
