I provide Coaching and Consulting Services for SME. Married and father of two. I'm an avid reader and passionate writer. Long ago I obtained a degree in Electronics Engineering. Curiosity is the driver of my many activities. My doctoral thesis was on the representation of mental states. During its edition, I met Communication, Linguistics and Psychology for the first time. These are still some of the more interesting themes I always meet on the job. In my opinion a lot of projects fail due to lacking knowledge on human nature. To learn something more about human nature, I took part to an yearly course on Family Counseling. I like traveling. I see it as an opportunity to meet different cultures: it is here, perhaps, that lies my interest for foreign idioms. I can read, write and speak Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. In the past I also started studying Mandarin Chinese and German. All these apparently unlinked interests form the basis of my Culture and of my approach to work.
