Tecnosaldatura was founded, from the initiative of three dynamic welders, at Pedrengo (BG) in October 1987, who started a welding company for third parties aimed at the field of valve applications in the following sectors: oil, gas, chemistry, power generation and maritime industry. Tecnosaldatura has machines available for high technology welding and professionally qualified personnel.Tecnosaldatura has more than 300 certified welding processes, which include manual, automatic and semi-automatic welding for anti-wear hard facings, corrosion resistance, butt weld, using SMAW (covered electrode), GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), FCAW (Flux cored MIG), SAW (submerged arc), and ESW (belt welding in electroslag) techniques, using a wide variety of materials from carbon to stainless steel, form low alloyed steel, to duplex, superduplex and Nikel Base.In 1996 Tecnosaldatura obtained the certification of its Quality System in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9002 standard (which was then adapted to the ISO 9001 standard in 2001 and subsequently reviewed in 2008 to reach ISO 9001:2008 ); in 2012 a recognition of the constant effort in giving an efficient and qualified service Tecnosaldatura reach the EN ISO 3834-2 qualification.Tecnosaldatura has worked for more than 25 years with major engineering and valves / fittings production companies in petrochemical and nuclear industry.
