We are a consulting firm focusing on human and leadership development that supports the conscious evolution of our direct and indirect clients. We understand that each client/organization is dealing with specific challenges, operating from peculiar principles, context and culture, that require for the successful implementation of solutions a co-creative process that takes into account these characteristics. Having this in mind we employ diverse methodologies and approaches that complement each other and create the best solutions for our clients. In our experience we came to understand that each individual, leader or organization has its own strengths that need to be recognized and reinforced, but also carry with them limiting beliefs and behaviors that need to be identified and transformed. This process of mapping, acting and transforming is at the heart of our cultural and leadership alignment programs based on the New Leadership Paradigm development model created by Richard Barrett. We also discovered that even after knowing the path from "where I am" (present) to "where I want to be" (future), leaders and organizations still need to go through the challenges of the personal and organizational transition – the unavoidable psychological process needed to adapt to a new reality that involves three stages: a) letting go of aspects of the past that aren't relevant anymore (endings); dealing with the confusion and lack of direction that precedes the establishment of a new purpose and identity (neutral zone); c) the implementation of the insights and breakthroughs gather from the transition process to create a new personal and professional life experience (new beginning).
