Wild Training started in 2010 out of a demand for more effective, better value exercise. In 2013 around 12.8% of the UK population have a gym membership, and of these members less than 10% get the results they really want. This means the fitness industry is helping around 1% of the population achieve their goals. You can only describe this as failing badly. Gyms have evolved out of trends like body building and aerobics classes from the 70's and 80''s. These trends directly effected how gyms are fitted out. Heavy lifting machines, free weights, cardio machines and aerobic studios. James Griffiths, founder of Wild Training, decided that the training he was able to do in gyms wasn't the best training for his clients. For this reason he started training people outside, where he had the space to get them moving properly and the equipment to challenge every component of fitness. The results have been outstanding ever since and through continuous innovation the Wild Training team are developing new training systems to get more people the results they want. - See more at: http://wildtraining.co.uk
