The Leading Edge Group, Inc. is a diverse team whose members are dedicated to enhancing the performance of organizations and individuals through strategic planning, evaluation, assessment, analysis, software and management consultation services. The Leading Edge evolved into a corporation in 1997 from a practice that began in 1984. Contracts have included Federal, state and local government agencies, criminal justice and social service agencies, private and for profit organizations, universities, schools and school districts as well as local and nationally based consortia and research organizations. We are senior level professionals experienced in a variety of management roles who believe in making a difference with every project we undertake. Our actions and our reports are geared toward facilitating organizational and personal improvement. In addition, we provide facilitation, training, workshops, and executive & life coaching in the areas of organizational change, conflict resolution, communications, stress management, mentoring, culture competence, and developing models for enhancing positive identity development and mentoring among Black youth and young adults.
