Solihull aims to support both staff and pupils in being ambitious and maximising their potential, as well as providing breadth of opportunity. The school aims to prepare pupils for adult life as happy, charitable, confident and intelligent people that understand the value of a strong moral compass and global perspective. Solihull School employs 400 staff in both teaching and non-teaching roles. Teaching staff at Solihull School are hardworking and knowledgeable in their subject area, and inspire pupils to excel. There is an extensive and exciting programme of co-curricular activities, to which all staff are expected to contribute.
