The Well Life facility was opened in the Summer of 2014. We involved staff, patient representatives and community nurses in our design process. Our award winning architect, Perkins + Will involved LEAN concepts to achieve an optimal balance of functionality and simplicity. Visitors frequently comment on the calm inviting nature of our waiting area where natural light is at a premium. Soft tones and colors add to the appeal. Spacious exam rooms featuring elective chair-tables further the experience.Our teaching area is used for a variety of classes including yoga, meditation and chronic disease management. Holistic rooms are located in a quiet area and are used for Acupuncture, Acutonics, Massage, Reflexology and Occupational Therapy. A pharmacy teaching program resides at Well Life and is available for consultation and education purposes. Our blood draw lab is available for all routine testing 7:30am-11am daily.We strive to provide an excellent experience at Well Life for all our patients/clients. Ideally we wish to create a partnership in which our patients actively participate in their own healthcare decisions. Our responsibility is to educate and motivate patients regarding lifestyle change. We strive to provide a variety of options for care respecting the wishes of each individual at all times. Blending traditional and non-traditional care options allows us to achieve this. This is true patient-centered healthcare.
