The League of Women Voters of Wake County is a grassroots nonpartisan political organization in Raleigh, North Carolina. LWV-Wake actively works to encourage informed and active participation in government, increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influence public policy through education and advocacy.While the League of Women Voters is nonpartisan, it is not neutral on many important national, state, and local issues. LWV-Wake empowers our members to actively engage in creating positive change at the local, state, and national levels.
