Founded in 1967 with the mission of providing job training and employment to persons with disabilities, WorkSource Enterprises has grown into a $3 million 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that helps approximately 400 people each year as they move toward economic self-sufficiency.WorkSource Enterprises helps people who live in Charlottesville and its surrounding counties (Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson Counties).
